Engineer by training, with a PhD and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Fifteen-plus years driving transformation projects across chemicals, technology, logistics and life sciences.
Hands-on experience across regulated industries as well as supply chain, commercial and operational domains, giving an end-to-end strategic view.
My working style leans toward long-term vision over short-term fixes. My leadership style is people-first, focused on creating win-win outcomes.
I like structure without bureaucracy and I'd rather ask a good question than assume I already know the answer.
Outside of work, it's sailing and motorcycling. On rainy days, it's museums or a good sci-fi book.
